Dance in the rain

This card I made for the Stampoutique Challenge, which was to use Newsprint/Old Book Pages. I don't have any old books but I did find a musical score so I hope this counts. I really enjoyed making this card, I am trying very hard to push myself outside of my comfort zone which is much more CAS. Lots of inky fingers which is always fun.

Delight

Oops I was very bad and spent all my free time on E-bay last week and no crafting at all, but I now do have some very exciting bargains snail mailing their way to me. I will try to make up for it as well by posting a few times this week. So first up here is my card for this weeks StampTV sketch challenge, this is a new little Do Craft stamp I picked up from a fair a few weeks ago, just love this cat.

Just for Fun

Following my playing with ink Tim Holtz style, here is another card, I hope you like it.

Late

Aaah another weekend, it is a lovely sunny day today here in Holland and you can feel spring in the air, although that can be very deceiving here, Thursday was horrible, cold and rainy. Here is my card to this weeks StampTV sketch challenge. I went to a craft show last Saturday and had a lovely time shopping, I love Tim Holtz stuff and was very inspired by what I saw even though I think it can be a bit too busy for my style, but I thought I would give it a go. Hope you like this.

Ciao Bella

Here is my card for this weeks sketch challenge on StampTV. I love this stamp so much, so simple and yet can be really dramatic depending how you colour it.

Metal Heart

StampTV had a release party on Thursday and there were lots of challenges, but I only mangaged one, which is a shame but I did have a great weekend putting together new furniture from Ikea, maybe not as much fun as stamping but very satisfying to look at our new sofa and coffee table etc. This card was for the metal challenge, I cut up a soft drink can and ran it through my big shot in an embossing folder, then got the alcohol inks out, really like how it turned out.

Train

Well another weekend and another StampTV challenge, I received a parcel on Friday with some new GinaK stamps so have been having lots of fun getting inky. I think this card does look better in real life though, note to self, learn to take better pictures hehehe, have a great weekend.
